I came here to order and pickup a qty 50 order in person and the staff was very helpful and patient with my pricing questions. The lobby has a lot of samples to view and touch and I felt very comfortable with the product before paying. I highly recommend coming here for quality blanks.
Great great shopping on the web…. But equally awesome to go to their store in Garden Grove. Elaine was so wonderful and very helpful. So good to see the actual colors and the feel if the fabrics they have on the rack. I came looking for the Iconic bags unfortunately they’re still out of stock. But Elaine did say they should be getting more in the next few months. Great factory and variety of bags to choose!
Very disappointed that I had ordered for shipping on Wednesday and it wasn't shipped same day like it says on the website if you order before cut off. It was shipped friday when I emailed them about why it hasn't shipped yet. I've ordered plenty of times for pick up and decided to try shipping because it takes me 40 mins to drive to this location.
