Tote Moving and Delivery was contracted by NSD to deliver a table I ordered for my interior design client. She paid for White Glove service, which includes room of choice drop off, unpacking and debris removal. We were given a scheduled delivery window of 10am-2pm. At 2:09 pm, I received a call from the driver that he was 57 minutes away. The driver pulled up at 3:26 and was shockingly rude and nasty. I ordered a treadmill from Nordictrack over a month ago. Tote Moving and Delivery is the company who is supposed to be delivering this treadmill. I have had delivery scheduled and least 3 times over the last few weeks and Tote has not delivered the item or communicated that they would not be delivering the item during the window that they scheduled. They do not answer the phone. Their voicemail is full so I cannot leave a message. The voicemail does say we can text for updates. I tried texting multiple times with no response... read more

We were originally set up with this company by iFit for delivery between 11am and 3pm on Monday, 3/21/22. At 4:05pm on Monday we received a call from the driver saying they would be here in 30 minutes. We told them we were sorry but we were no longer there. Then the next day I was told by the owner of the company that he has rescheduled it for Thursday between 11am and 4pm. I asked if we could be the first stop instead of the last stop and he said no because of their routing preference but that they would definitely be here ... read more

I had a piece of furniture that was supposed to be delivered by 3/26. After weeks of calling for updates, I finally got a scheduled delivery window on 4/19. After rearranging my schedule and waiting for them all day, they no-showed me, never called, and I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone the entire day. When I finally did get an answer later, they promised to call back with a new delivery window within 24 hours.
