Dr.COUPLAND is by far the best Dr I have ever had. She is a traditional physician that does not rush you through the door like you’re just a number bringing in the money. She actually treats you like a human being which is very hard to find. Drs are stressed to meet “quotas” and don’t care about what you have to say. Dr COUPLAND listens. She was my physician for over 30 years. Losing Dr COUPLAND is a huge loss and Advent Health should be ashamed. I wish her all the best in her retirement.
I have been with doctor Coupland for over 15 years, office staff is great, service is great, have also been very satisfied with Pamela.
We've been with Dr. Coupland for over ten years and couldn't be happier with the caliber of human being / Doctor she is. Sure, sometimes you have to wait a bit due to the compassion and care Dr. Coupland gives each and every patient, but show me any Company out there that doesn't have issues with wait time. Everyone is human and if you have an issue with the front office staff, you can let the Doctor know and it is taken care of. We, ourselves, have never had an issue with the Office Staff.
