I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joan Coupland since July 2025, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. She took the time to really listen and helped calm my fears when I was feeling overwhelmed. Dr. Coupland is thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly compassionate, and I always feel heard and cared for. Her nurse Ri and the front office staff are just as kind and welcoming. HORRIFIC clinic - AVOID at all costs. This is the second time I've left a one-star review. The first time, I showed mercy. Today same thing: The TotalWell Televisit portal does NOT WORK. The clinic should 100% sue the website provider (eClinicalworks). I've used Kaiser, Orlando Health, Plushcare and had ZERO problems. This TotalWell portal is not functional whatsoever and the doctor has not called me despite having blood sugar test of 8.7 (extremely high) This Total Health video portal is so bad they actually tell you to ent... read more
Dr Johnson has the best bedside manner. He listens and wants to know what you’re feeling and thinking. I will never go anywhere else.
