The staff and doctors are informative and helpful. Dr. Regina Strand was excellent. She spent time listening to me and asking questions. William spent time with me picking out glasses, and teaching me on how to work with progressive lenses. He was a 10 out of 10.
I don't usually write reviews but had to write one after visiting this place! I had a great experience with Total Vision! After waiting barely any time, Grace, the tech who took care of me, was very professional and friendly, answering all my questions. While still keeping a conversation she got through all the tests very efficiently! Doctor Ferrin was also very nice and efficient, explained everything he was doing which is very comforting to me!
