The staff is amazing. Very accommodating to let me bring my 3 1/2 year old son to my appointment. Always gave the best care for my eyes. Can’t say enough positive things about this facility.

The staff was really weird and rude and the prices are outrageous. The initial visit for the eye exam the front desk lady gave me this weird im-better-than-you smirk when I told her I was here for my appointment. The doctor was very nice and helpful for the exam. When I came back to pick up glasses they gave me the wrong color glasses, and we went back and forth about how they were the wrong color, her expecting me to just buy them anyway. Excellent service at Total Vision. The staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have trouble finding frames to fit my face at most places but they had a plethora of frames in my size.
