HAPPY!!!! I like them! Their service was great! They did everything they said they were going to do for the price they quoted. I had some hardware upgrades done and they cleaned up the computer at no additional cost. GREAT BY ME!
Excelent service! I had a repair done by Toal tech and when they returned my computer a couple days later i had some problems. They came out and took all responsibility for the problem and fixed it at no extra charge..
Finally! I have been having problems with my computer for several months now and nobody has been able to fix it until now. I have taken it to repair centers both big and small, geek squad told me it was done for. I call these guys and the next day they got it back to me working great! Ive had it back for several months now and no problems whatsoever!
Thank you! I wanted a ram and hard drive upgrade done to my computer. They did it for $200 cheaper than any other company quoted me and they didnt lose any of my data. I did have a problem when my computer turned off a couple times after they returned it but a tech came out that day and took care of my problems! I've not had a problem since they came out! Thanks you so much and hope this helps people to choose you when it comes to their computers!
A++++ for computer repair! I had a big problem with my current service provider. I run a small business and my computers keep my company going. I called totaltech and they set up a free consultation. I liked the price it was 30 percent less than my previous contract. I see them every month and they take great care of me and my computer. They are the best company ive dealt with. I have no problem giving these guys my money!
Fast, Friendly, affordable. that's all you can really say about these guys.. I had a problem with my computer they came and looked at it for free. I did get a second quote and these guys were right i had a virus and bad memory. Total Tech was 200$ cheaper than what the other company quoted me. I HIGHLY recommend total tech
