Martin Eggers was extremely uncommunicative as a property manager. He was extremely rude to me after not getting my deposit back to me after a month of me moving out, and deducted an item from my deposit that was not marked in the lease. He also charged me rent after I had moved out and it took him over a week to reverse the charges. If you want to rent, look elsewhere.
