I called Totally Trees for a quote in the Coopersville area. I called SIX TIMES in a month to have them quote a small stump removal. I never received one single call back. They clearly have a communications breakdown or an incompetence issue. Either way I would not trust them with my money at this point and will be contacting another local business for service. This review form asks if I used their business... I would have if they would have simply called me back. Ridiculous.
Timely and appropriate quote and a polite, professional and proficient crew! These guys were great, I would use them again and would highly recommend them! Their many years of experience was easily noticed in how they were able to take care of a large and difficult job quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
