Jacquelyn in Woodbury is so sweet and down to earth. very personable! :) She is always so great to see when I go in to go tanning very knowledgeable about all the different tanning services always has patience. she is the BEST and makes the whole tanning experience!
I would give zero stars if I could. Totally Tan & Spa is a total scam. When they advertise $89/month, don’t believe it — after all the hidden fees and “extra charges” they tack on each month, the bill ends up closer to $150. I was told some of these would be one-time fees, but they continue to appear monthly. On top of that, their lotions are outrageously overpriced. Stephanie, and Karleigh, regional manager, and manager, not helpful and rude. Always have issues with all of their rules and when they choose to enforce them. Have been a regular here for months, they have a lot of random rules, feels scammy at times. Not sure I’ll be continuing with my membership.
Staff was less than welcoming. As soon as I walked in, the girl at the desk was snotty with me for not having an appointment booked (website says no appointment needed) or a membership. When I told her what service I wanted, she just said "well there is a wait, soooo...." and then looked at me like she expected me to leave. So I did. 👎
