Staff was less than welcoming. As soon as I walked in, the girl at the desk was snotty with me for not having an appointment booked (website says no appointment needed) or a membership. When I told her what service I wanted, she just said "well there is a wait, soooo...." and then looked at me like she expected me to leave. So I did. 👎
Please read! Don’t get scammed!! I recently moved to Woodbury from San Diego were I was a lead a tanning salon. I was looking around at many different options and overall chose this tanning salon because it was closest to me. What a scam and sham! I’m writing this review to express my deep disappointment with my experience at Totally Tan. My wife and I participated in a promotion for unlimited tanning for one year, conditioned on the purchase of a lotion bottle. We each spent just under $100 on our respective lotions, excited about the opportunity for unlimited tanning.
