First time getting a spray tan - was very quick and easy! The two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and informative - made me feel very comfortable! If it lasts the full week, I will be coming back (: thank you!
Amazing! My first time here the ladies working were so nice and sweet! Showed you how to do the spray tan well and it was a great experience! It was a spotless area and the machine was pretty easy to understand for a beginner. My tan came out amazing! I will be back. Worth your time and money! Love it
worst customer service they just want your money they don’t care to make you happy i asked to cancel my member ship and they still charged me after i’ve been there less than 10 times DO NOT SIGN any agreement they will take ur money even when you ask to cancel complete SCAM
Just cancelled my monthly membership after a bait and switch surcharge game. When joining one month ago, Totally Tan charged a one-time initiation fee in addition to my $65 per month membership fee. The total with tax ended up being $117 for month one. Fair enough, but then in month two they charged an annual membership fee in addition to the initiation fee.
