Just cancelled my monthly membership after a bait and switch surcharge game. When joining one month ago, Totally Tan charged a one-time initiation fee in addition to my $65 per month membership fee. The total with tax ended up being $117 for month one. Fair enough, but then in month two they charged an annual membership fee in addition to the initiation fee. everytime i go in they always have great service!! :)
It’s clear Totally Tan doesn’t care about its customers when they remove a *free* spa service from most of their salons for celebrity club members and replace it with a service that you have to pay an additional $30 for every time, while already paying $70 a month for the membership.
