Great customer service every time, my favorite location even do I have been to others.
Life got busy and I wasn’t using the services, so I went in to cancel. I talked to a front desk person and she talked me into just freezing my account again instead. When I realized 3 months later that I was still getting charged, I called and was told the only way to freeze my account was online, so there’s nothing she can do. Very upset that the lady I talked to in the store didn’t tell me that. I assumed she had done it for me, so I paid for 3 whole months that I wasn’t expecting. Terrible customer service.
Been going there a long time. Only downside, bulbs don't appear to be replaced often enough. Get better tan at their other locations
I’ve been a customer for a while, and unfortunately my recent experiences have been really disappointing. Today, I arrived before opening and still ended up waiting 15+ minutes because only one of the higher-level beds is now available. The salon removed one of the two best tanning beds and replaced it with a red light machine, while keeping multiple red light beds that aren’t even tanning beds.
