Been going there a long time. Only downside, bulbs don't appear to be replaced often enough. Get better tan at their other locations
I’ve been a customer for a while, and unfortunately my recent experiences have been really disappointing. Today, I arrived before opening and still ended up waiting 15+ minutes because only one of the higher-level beds is now available. The salon removed one of the two best tanning beds and replaced it with a red light machine, while keeping multiple red light beds that aren’t even tanning beds. *************************BEWARE*************************** Totally tan and spa is not for the person who only wants to tan for a month before going on vacation to a sunny beach. Jan 11 2026 I purchased what I thought to be 30 days of tanning and spa services (all access package) The nice ladies who work at the store told me if I did not want go beyond the 30 days of services I would need to cancel before Jan 19th which I did.
