If they had 0 stars I would give them 0 stars! The Bloomington location that is. I have the base member tanning for a year, so most if not all only have one base tanning bed. Well the base tanning bed at the Bloomington location pretty much touches my face with the bed closed so I stopped my tanning session because their is no way to tan with the top of the bed touching my face basically, so I said something to the girl at the desk and she pretty much told me she doesn't know what to tell me an didn't try to accommodate me i... read more

I love my membership at the Bloomington location. I got to say that Abbey does an excellent job. She goes above and beyond to make sure im comfortable and satisfied. She has great customer service skills and most importantly she is very friendly and professional. She makes the price worth every penny. Great job Abbey.

Love this place! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, and Aly greeted me by name. The salon is always clean, and I never have to wait for a bed. I used to tan at PBT, but the beds, staff and pricing are better at Totally Tan. Highly recommended.

After a terrible day I wanted to treat myself to my first ever spray tan. Someone had turned down the volume on the machine, I wasn't aware and kept waiting for some type of instructions. Well, my back was sprayed twice. They did allow me to spray my front but I am very worried about how I'm going to look for weekend events. Staff could not have cared less. I'm so disappointed and heartbroken. Thanks for making a terrible day even worse.
