They recently changed their pricing structure to memberships. Not a chronic tanner but love the Manager here and it’s close to my home. Tonight was told I had to purchase my own Goggles a new rule/law by the FDA. This is very deceptive. Ended up paying $18.20 to tan. It’s not an FDA rule. The Salon is supposed to provide them and the customer should not have to purchase them. A scam for them to make $7 extra with tax per customer. My Goggles weren’t in a package and don’t look new.

Went in to tan and was told my sessions expired! 😖when you pay over 100$ for something you should get what you paid for not just a portion of it! I want my sessions extended. I paid for 10 sessions and excuse me if I don’t tan that often but don’t tell me I don’t get my other 6 sessions because of that! I am extremely upset that this is even a thing! I’m in your system so give me my tans I paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
