Dr Imer looked after both my boys He has to be the BEST orthodontist ever. He is professional, caring and attention to detail. The staff at the clinic are also very nice and accommodating.
Had bracers serviced here in the past. Dr Imer was great but the two receptionists were very rude. One time I had bracers cutting into my gums and I rang to ask if I could come in - and the receptionist said 'No'. I had to ring back, and when I came in, the receptionists claimed it was 'someone else' who answered the phone initially.
Dr Imer is a professional and I have been going to him for years. The only bad feedback I would have to give is the receptionist, Linette. It makes making appointments at this clinic more anxious than it needs to be. I was sent home with a retainer that didn’t fit, and when I first complained I was just told “it’s always uncomfortable at first”.
