Garbage company. Cinch Home Warranty people sent them to look at my HVAC and then eventually approved the replacement and even ordered the equipment but they never picked it up and eventually now it's cancelled and I have to start all over. They never called, never showed up, just made constant excuses to the warranty company. He's either out of town, on vacation or some other nonsense. Absolute trash. After being assigned to this company by Cinch Home Warranty, it is my opinion that the owner, Thomas gets a bad rap for things he has no control over. Our experience was great with him. It was the home warranty company that was awful. Thomas has to follow their specific protocols for the diagnosis and ordering of the parts. He has NO control over how long they take to ship or how long Cinch takes to approve of the diagnostic and source/order the parts. Ms Bailey. We are human. We have things happen. I got Covid. My wife in hospital few weeks. then equip was canceled somehow in warranty company order center we reordered got two components. They dropped ball and had reorder gas furnace went to pick up wasn’t delivered yet. That was not my fault. I don’t order the equipment. I can’t control. Their side of it. It’s a bad business. This company is totally dishonest. They cheat on us. They add a lot of Freon and told us they fixed it. They charge 130 per Lb. After they leave. The temperature had never come down as they told us. I called them and asked them to come back. They said : “well if the temperature can’t cool down. That mean you have a big leak.
