They dropped ball and had reorder gas furnace went to pick up wasn’t delivered yet. That was not my fault. I don’t order the equipment. I can’t control. Their side of it. It’s a bad business. This company is totally dishonest. They cheat on us. They add a lot of Freon and told us they fixed it. They charge 130 per Lb. After they leave. The temperature had never come down as they told us. I called them and asked them to come back. They said : “well if the temperature can’t cool down. That mean you have a big leak. The absolute worst contractor in the south! Dealt with this contractor through CINCH Home Warranty. Five months I received nothing but excuses as to why he wouldn't be coming on his scheduled date. This guy had no intention of installing new heat and air systems. Would avoid this business at all costs.
So Mr Tipton SO. we responsible for a warranty company going through their procedures to get us the Compressor???it took 4+ weeks to get got invoice when delivery I admit I got compressor a week and half before was able to get to you .. But We are Not responsible For a third party company dropping the Ball. !!!! They wanted pics took them two weeks just to verify and ok to replace it. that was not Me. So blast Lennox.
