Garbage company. Cinch Home Warranty people sent them to look at my HVAC and then eventually approved the replacement and even ordered the equipment but they never picked it up and eventually now it's cancelled and I have to start all over. They never called, never showed up, just made constant excuses to the warranty company. He's either out of town, on vacation or some other nonsense. Absolute trash. After being assigned to this company by Cinch Home Warranty, it is my opinion that the owner, Thomas gets a bad rap for things he has no control over. Our experience was great with him. It was the home warranty company that was awful. Thomas has to follow their specific protocols for the diagnosis and ordering of the parts. He has NO control over how long they take to ship or how long Cinch takes to approve of the diagnostic and source/order the parts.
