Awesome place and great service!
Dan and the crew we're absolutely fantastic. We needed new carpet installed fast due to a moving schedule. They accommodated us on a short notice and did a wonderful job. The price was reasonable and the installers did such a nice job. We will definitely use them again and will gladly refer them to our friends and clients.
Working with Dan and Staci at the storefront, Totally Floored, was a great experience! They were patient, kind, and definitely helped me choose my perfect* new floors! But the STAR of this show is absolutely the install team: Mikey and Tony ! I didn't know shopping for flooring could be a pleasant experience. The entire place seems to be full of joy in the work at hand.
Totally Floored is wonderful! We are very happy with the LPV flooring and carpet in our new home in Prescott. Dan, Stacy and Pat were all very helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet and flooring and within our budget. The installers were very good and on time. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them!
