I had a bad experience with a different flooring company who installed a new laminate floor in my new construction house. Within a week the joints started opening up in several areas of the planks. Upon investigation I found the contractor had put caulking in those seams to match the floor color. I was dumbfounded and had to have the 2400sft of new flooring and baseboard ripped out. Our whole experience with Totally Floored was fantastic from start to finish! But the real star of the show was Michael, our carpet installer! He was such a a hard worker and did an amazing job! Moving all the furniture and doing all the work including the stairs by himself! This guy deserves a raise!! We love our new flooring and highly recommend Totally Floored!!

We got exactly what we wanted. We received excellent service from Gavino and the installers. Pricing and installation was fair and open. We received answers to all questions and concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner. I highly recommend Totally Floored. The finished product looks amazing.
Highest priced flooring shop in town. I have been in a couple times and called to get pricing on vinyl plank products and they have been consistently at least 50% higher than other shops in nearby cities like Greenlee, Main Place, or Red Rock.
