I have been a totally Clean customer for over 10 years. I have entrusted them with a kitchen area rug from Home Depot, a very expensive wool and silk oriental carpet purchased in the Middle East, and many others. I have never been disappointed. The work, the service, the personnel are all top notch! Don’t waste your time and money on anyone else. These guys are the best!

This is my third time using Totally Clean for cleaning my area rugs and I was just as pleased! Quick and responsive communication from start to finish. They did an excellent job cleaning my rugs and the pick up and drop off service was greatly appreciated. Both times I had my rugs back within a week. Very satisfied customer and will continue to use and recommend them highly!
