Did a great job, even touched up a stain in another room. On time, in and out. Booked my next cleaning. Definitely recommend.
Very professional and friendly, very knowledgable about which products to use. They made my rugs and couch turn back to NEW! Will be using them again and recommending them as well.
Tim and the team from Totally Clean do a great job with rug cleaning. Our rug had a coffee stain which they removed completely. They are respectful of their clients' homes when they arrive to pick up and drop off the rug in that they wear booties over their shoes to protect floors. We feel their prices are fair (it includes pickup and drop-off and they handle moving the furniture). We have used their services multiple times and are very happy with the results.
Totally Clean did an excellent job on my carpets. They were punctual and very knowledgeable. I had a few spots that needed extra care and they took care of them. They also cleaned my oriental rug and took care with the cleaning. I also needed a new pad for my rug and they were able to take care of that also. I have used many other rug cleaning services and this one by far did the best job of actually getting my rugs cleaned. I didn't realize what a poor job the others did.
