DO NOT USE TOTALLY BLU FOR YOUR POOL OR SERVICE. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. Everything went downhill after the final check was received and we started putting water in the pool. Within the first 7 days, the pool turned green because they forgot to add us to their maintenance schedule. We had the pool for just a month and had to shock it SEVEN times. Definitely a 5 star for Totally Blu. First time installing a pool or even owning one so had no idea what to expect. I went to Totally Blu based on a recommendation from a neighbor and from my first contact with they have been great to work with. Savir was our Sales Agent and he took plenty of time to walk us through the process and design and stayed in contact with us until completion. We have had a great experience with Totally Blu pools. They have been responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Travis was so patient and really listened to what were priorities for us and made endless tweaks to design for us. We would recommend them to anyone considering a new pool or for service too.
Totally Blu did an amazing job with our pool. The entire process was enjoyable from the initial design meetings with Doug to the conistent communication from Butch. The entire process took 5 weeks and we cant be happier and look forward to building many memories for years to come! We’ve already recommended them to all our friends and neighbors!
Doug Griffith and Savir and Butch (project manager) have been awesome! We are very happy with the entire process!!
