TotalGuard agreed to do snow removal for me this winter, which we agreed upon and had booked a few months in advance before winter began. They didn’t show up after the first snowfall, and after I contacted them, they just said that they no longer do snow removal service. Completely unprofessional to just not show up instead of telling me that they no longer offer that service. Had a really great experience with Vance at TotalGuard for lawn mowing services. Very quick turnaround on the quote and really reasonable prices. Scheduling was quick and easy and they came and mowed within 24 hours of my original quote request. Quality was great, they clearly take pride in doing a good job and I’d be happy to use them again and recommend them.
Our daughter and her family just moved into a new home and the lawn needed mowing as well as clearing several branches from a recent storm.
