We have been with TotalCare Pool Service for almost (4) years now and could not be more pleased with our weekly service. In having a Pool & Spa now for over (13) years my weekly service Tech is Colton Franzen and he is the BEST pool tech we have ever, ever had. You can almost set your watch to his weekly service schedule. Great guy, super reliable and friendly…. He does a great job! 👍
I drove from Nogales to see these guys. Customer service was great both in the phone and in store I was greeted and helped right away. They handled all the warranty work on my Maytonics pool vacuum. Took 2 weeks but they handled it all, with no cost or worries. Highly recommend buying any of your pool needs from these guys.
This pool company is the best I've ever used! Great work, super professional, never have to worry about a thing! Highly recommend!
Andrew does a wonderful job cleaning our pool... he's always shown up on time... our pool is a bit larger than standard pools and he is patient to get the job done and not cut corners... each week Andrew leaves a report as to what has been done and if chemicals were needed/added... the only other part I would like to share is that all other pool services such as maintenance and the like are serviced under a separate agreement and TotalCare Pool will provide a fee schedule for the additional work... they are very professional... read more
I am gone for weeks at a time, came home multiple times to find the equipment left off for days. This company will not work for you unless you are home to babysit. I had to let them go. I am not mistaken, my husband let you go last week.(wayne) I stand firm on my review, I returned home last Sunday to find my pool filthy, had been sitting since the tec left the SYSTEM OFF FOR THE SECOND TIME. I will not delete this post, people need to know.
