Total Care Pool went above and beyond by coming out and repairing my salt cell control box at no charge. They took the extra step of locating the warranty for me, even though they did not have to, which truly says a lot about the kind of company they are. Nice to see the change at our local pools here at Villas East, the pool upkeep has been noticeably better over the winter since you folks took over the pool maintenance. We have seen your staff member James on quite a few occasions when we swim in the mornings, it’s nice to see folks take pride in their work. The chlorine levels have been so much better this year. We live out-of-state and this company takes care of my parents. Pool in madara reserve. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing and go the extra mile for my family. At our last visit in September of this year, we purchased a new robotic cleaner and it is absolutely amazing Keeping the pool spotless.
