The nurse practitioner was very kind and professional during my visit. However, I was disappointed with my experience with the receptionist, Yessica. I found the communication to be frustrating, as I was repeatedly talked over while simply trying to get clarification regarding information that had been provided to me. I understand that the office may be busy, but I would have appreciated being given the opportunity to finish explaining my question and receive a clear response
Was in pain and got same day appointment. Voiced my concerns and was heard and action taken immediately. Patient education was top tier
Shannon was so friendly and comforting when I was talking to her! I love the staff here. Everyone is so kind and always makes me feel so comfortable. They make sure I’m seen and heard, and I’ve been coming here for years for that reason. These people will take amazing care of you
