10/10 I had an amazing experience at this urgent care clinic. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed, and they explained everything clearly so I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Ms. Kelly, NP. Is absolutely wonderful! She is warm, kind and takes the time to listen and works a plan of treatment with you. She explains everything! The rest of the office staff is nice and friendly, and the front desk is patient and understanding. I had a problem with COBRA ins, and she was patient until I got it resolved. I will use them as my primary from now on! Thank you all for everything you did for me yesterday!
Ms. Nancy, NP is absolutely wonderful. Friendly, warm, and takes the time to get to know you. To understand what you are dealing with, and understands and explains how she will forward with your treatment.
