This is the worst customer service experience. There was an individual vaping and using substances inside the lobby, in a public indoor area where children were present. No staff member intervened or took any action to stop this behavior. The individual continued vaping repeatedly in the lobby. This is a serious health and safety concern and is completely unacceptable, especially in a shared space with children. I am extremely disappointed that staff failed to enforce basic indoor no-vaping policies and protect guests.

Service was quick and easy BUT despite what the description says, this site nor any of any of the 6 TotalCare sites have on site x-rays which was the only reason I came to this site hoping for a 1 stop for my daughters hand injury.
