Brittany and Sade are excellent, professional and compassionate.
Outside of any professional setting, I personally observed interactions that left me with a very negative impression. Based on what I witnessed firsthand, I found the way Chris Vindua spoke to and treated other people to be disrespectful and lacking in empathy. Those experiences did not match the image that is presented publicly, and I came away feeling that the behavior I saw was inconsistent with the values I would expect from someone in a helping profession.
Do not trust them with your life. They allowed me to run out of mental health medicine that I had been on for over 5 years, and would not call me back. They will let you kill yourself before they will help you.
Brittani is the first PNP that made me feel fully heard and cared for. I really appreciate her demeanor and insights when discussing effectivity of current/potential medicine management to keep things balanced. It truly feels like she is on my side!
Love it here!!! The front desk and medical assistants are always so sweet and welcoming. My provider Ms.Sade is amazing! I feel so comfortable and really heard by her. Can’t recommend this place enough!
