Rude and unprofessional. Kimberly told me take care of it in a rude tone referring to me getting a letter from my insurance. Then she said we will take care of the letter that I didn’t have to get the letter. Is she drunk or something she says one thing then says another a few minutes later. Then they say that since I want to use a midwife to deliver my baby that they don’t want to continue my prenatal care. Very sad that I had to find another provider due to the changes in this office. The original staff that ran this office was amazing. Unfortunately, the changes in the office didn’t align with my current needs.
It never fails! Never on time! Always running late...tons of ladies talking at the front desk and the waiting room is full of patients! Ridiculous.
I have given this office a lot of chances to prove me wrong after a lot of terrible visits. I couldn’t understand how he was rated so well on Google but now I see, had I come across the YELP reviews instead of these Google reviews I would have never chosen this doctor as my Obgyn during my pregnancy and postpartum. Dr.Siudmak lacks bedside manner and is very dismissive. He doesn’t care for the patient as he will refer you to other practices and he does not have genuine care for your wellbeing.
