She's not a good Dr she did a C-section on me 2 months before my due date because she was moving I had my son July 31 2009 got released from the hospital and never seen her again. She had a lot of things going on she broke my friend baby arms in delivery in orange Texas. All of this is COMPLETELY TRUE AND SHE WAS A DR. IN ORANGE TEXAS 610 STRICKLAND DRIVE. UP UNTIL 2009. I have not been a patient of Dr. Oliver for about 11 years, but I feel compelled to share my experience. When I first started visiting her practice, I genuinely liked the office and had no issues with her staff. Dr. Oliver seemed like a nice doctor, and I appreciated her initial help with my health concerns. I came to her because I was experiencing heavy menstrual cycles that lasted for months. Horrible experience this was my first impression of Dr. Oliver she came in the exam room looking me up and down asked me what was wrong I explained my on going issues I love bee having, she told me she was going to print out information, she printer the information out gave it to me and dismissed me. I could have looked that up myself and saved me a trip also I’m a new patient and I will not recommend her or return, I’ve also heard she has something against light skinned women and I saw it for myself because I’m a light skin... read more
I’ve had some pretty disappointing recent experiences here. I’ve been coming for 4–5 years, and over time I’ve noticed the quality of care and attention has steadily declined. Dr. Oliver is extremely dismissive and seems so rushed that she doesn’t take the time to truly listen to her patients or walk them through their concerns. It feels like patients are just being pushed through without proper care. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this place.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Oliver. As a Black woman, it is so empowering and comforting to be cared for by another African-American female doctor who truly sees you and hears you. She goes far beyond just gynecological services she is a total health doctor who treats the whole woman, not just the symptoms.
