Very unhappy with my visit. I was talked into extensive blood work for HRT, no one ever called me about the results. The doctor wanted another appointment. I was one of the first patients in the office but somehow my visit was two hours long and I sat in the back naked with a gown waiting an hour to see the doctor. She seemed annoyed that I even said anything about the wait. She did catch that I had an infection so that was good news but I won't be going back.
This place is terrible, terrible, terrible. So many issues, but I legit can’t even get anyone on the phone, have been left on hold for over 15 to 20 minutes each day I call. Unnecessary billing that leaves you with out of pocket expenses.. patients are packed in the lobby like they are giving out free fish fry. Don’t go here
I love this doctor’s office. Everyone who works there is always so nice and friendly and was extremely accommodating to my schedule.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Long waits, horrible front desk. Refusal to transfer records. I just received an outstanding bill in the mail and I haven’t been to this office in 9 months. Don’t waste your time!
This is by far the most inefficient OB-GYN clinic I have ever experienced. If you are pregnant and value your time, your comfort, and basic professionalism, I strongly recommend staying away from this place — unless you are extremely free and don’t mind endless waiting. 1.
