Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Long waits, horrible front desk. Refusal to transfer records. I just received an outstanding bill in the mail and I haven’t been to this office in 9 months. Don’t waste your time!
This is by far the most inefficient OB-GYN clinic I have ever experienced. If you are pregnant and value your time, your comfort, and basic professionalism, I strongly recommend staying away from this place — unless you are extremely free and don’t mind endless waiting. 1. I love the decor of the office. It's very warm and inviting. The staff is super nice and Dr. Oliver truly wants the best for her patients for total health goals...Absolutely love the choice I made in becoming a patient here.
So I’ve been coming to Total Women’s Health since i was a junior in high school. They were recommended by my cousin. I started there for birth control and honestly i didn’t really know much about the circumstances behind taking birth control and everything you should know, and i wasn’t really informed by Dr. Oliver when i first was seen by her. Very poor customer care and bedside manner. The doctor was more focused on cosmetic enhancements rather why I came to see her about. I waited 1 hour 17 minutes without being seen. Horrible practice.
