They are continuing to charge membership despite stating they would freeze all dues. This is unacceptable and unfair as they closed March 16 (which is understandable). They are not handling these unusual circumstances in the best interest of their members.

Best gym for women, spa facility is the cleanest and well maintained. Management and everyone who provides spa services are the best. Front office are exceptionally cheerful, helpful and been a member since the beginning of time when it first opened. Dont listen to negative feedback by someone who wants to cancel but doesnt know how to follow contract rules. Not to mention gym classes has great and qualified teachers.
great place to workout and the spa service is amazing
I loved cycle fusion class but the lack of kindness from management and willingness to help when canceling is disappointing. I understand some things are out of their control but then you should be directed to corporate, which they refused to do for me.
