total women is great gym I liked it the manager is nice people are friendly to me
I'm giving it 3 stars because of the lazy receptionist who supposed to hand out passes for 8 a.m zumba class today, been coming 10 min early before they start handing out at 7:30 to get first row pass but what she did just laid out the passes on the counter and everyone who just came grabbed all first row passes when I get up its all gone and when I told her its a first come first served to hand out the passes told me she doesnt hold passes for us? No, you supposed to hand them out! Thats part of your job! So lazy!!
I love it everytime I go it's never so many people machines are always available
