A big S/O to the Total Wireless staff. I took in 3 iPhones today, 2 which I thought were going to go into the forever iPhone trash and 1 with a shattered screen. Within 1 hour they had all 3 phones up and running and it didn’t cost me a fortune!! You guys are awesome and thanks again!!!
I went in today to have my screen replaced...was told it would be about thirty minutes...I was given my phone back...fixed in 10 minutes!!! Outstanding!!!
Veryyyyyy shitty job on iPhone X glass repair. Not only did it take almost 3 weeks for them to “receive” the replacement. When they finally did it and not to mention it took them 24 hours the “replacement” wasn’t even real glass. It’s such a lightweight replacement. And on its own, the glass is cracking slowly again. To make matters worse the camera piece just fell off and you can clearly see the glue where it was just glued to appear fixed !!! sold me a dream, gave me a nightmare. this service is verry crappy. they quoted 40 on the phone and said 70 in the store after i drove 20 minutes. not good. then i couldnt hear people talking right after i got my screen done and they tried to make me pay. DO NOT GO HERE. TOTAL WIRELESS IS TOTAL CRAP
