Worst office I have ever been to. After 3 hours I just left! As other reviews have stated, Dr. Adams is really personable and understanding, but the negatives heavily outweight that. 4 hour wait times, staff not answering phone calls, missed telemed appointments, and staff not handling issues like insurance, prescriptions, and communication have been constant. The lack of competence, awareness, and concern from her staff is genuinely concerning considering this is a medical office.

Dr. Adams herself is solid and gives you her attention and time. That being said, her office staff and administrative organization are the worst I have ever encountered. Be prepared to wait at least two to three hours in the office for an in-person visit. Each time. Be prepared for missed tele-med appointments. Be prepared to for your appointment to be canceled and to have to wait another six weeks to see the doctor.
