I had a shoulder/labrum injury from weightlifting and struggled with pain and limitations for a long time. After getting started on PiezoWave therapy (sound wave therapy) here, my shoulder has improved a ton and I’m back in the gym and lifting normally again. Really thankful they set me up on this and would recommend to any athletes or anyone dealing with stubborn sports injuries.
Total Wellness is the best. I have been coming here for the past few years. They are always welcoming, friendly and able to accommodate my schedule.
I used to have so much back, rib, shoulder and neck pain, that would impact my work life, home life, etc. being a young dad that works close to 80+ hours a week, constant pain just made everything harder. Dr. Acox and staff have completely changed my day to day pain around, and it’s only been about a month. Will be a customer for life!!
I have been going to see Dr. Acox for about 2 years now and I recently started to take my 4 month old son. It has been a game changer for both of us! Also, Tara is always so welcoming and friendly!
