Called in today in regards of services for my daughter because I got a referral from her doctor. I was told by the lady that answered the phone that despite what it says on the referral, they do not offer home visits or school visits and I have to wait a month later just to talk to somebody about services and she asked me for my Medicaid information to try to run information without me even speaking to someone.
Pésimo servicio, no hay forma de comunicarte con ellos ni de saber dónde recibir los resultados. No contestan llamadas. Son una vergüenza y no deberían tener gente así tratando con niños. Vienes a su oficina, dice abierto y no hay nadie
I don’t even know what to say about this place. Once you get in it’s pretty good but getting anyone on the phone is a joke. My daughter was evaluated on April 30th of this year and next week is September and we’ve yet to get her report back. I have called and left so many voicemails and not one person will call you back. How can we get her report back? I need it immediately for school and total wellness assessment has done nothing to help with this.
