Very helpful compared to other gas suppliers in the area. Dave A. got me what I needed with no nonsense. I have owned my own tanks for 30+ years and do exchanges with supply houses and other gas companies as needed over the years. There always seems to be an intimidation factor i.e. Names, phone numbers, where you get the tanks etc.. Not here. I also bought a new tank of c25.with no BS and the price was significantly less than I have been quoted elsewhere.
