Total Water LLC is a great company to work with! They explain what their services entail, including parts & pricing. They texted the night before to remind us of our appt. Dave was on time, polite, and expained all he would be doing before & during his service. He cleaned up any debris left behind. We highly recommend him as an RO & Water Softener Technician!
Dave was on time and very good at letting us know what issues we were experiencing and what the recommended solution was. He left no trace for us the cleanup after him. He was very professional and we look forward to seeing him again for our next service.
