Wayne performed the annual maintenance on the Reverse Osmosis system and replaced the very old water softener system with a state of the art system. He did a fabulous job! It is nice to receive this help and these services from awesome and wonderful people! Thanks so much!!
Found Total Water because we bought a top of the line RO water filter and softener for our home from Water Quest. So many issues off the bat! We love having pure drinking and soft water for our showers and laundry but Water Quest doesn’t troubleshoot the problems once they put everything in your house. We later learned that Total Water offers the same water systems as Water Quest but without the door salesman. We initially bought our water softener and reverse osmosis system from Water Quest. They were alright, but it seemed like they just wanted the sale and to move on. Unfortunately, a few things were done sloppily, and we weren't well informed on how to properly keep our system going without going bad. Wayne has been excellent! He is so kind, knowledgeable, and helped us big time with both of our systems. He taught us more about the upkeep and how to keep things running for a long time!
