Alisa at Total Vision is Awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made my experience with getting glasses repaired a good experience. I highly recommend Total Vision Pasadena.
I was a patient of the previous office for a long time and continued my eye care at the new establishment of total vision. I have nothing against the optometrist but the staff is absolutely clueless of good customers service and being proactive. It is disappointing that even when they have said multiple times, they will keep the patient updated, they do no such thing. SHAMEFUL! TOTAL VISION PASADENA! I lost money provided by RED CROSS FUNDS to replace eyeglasses lost in the EATON FIRE. Paulette was extremely disorganized and unhelpful; replacing her with new management has not improved the service. This office is now run by Total Vision - Wonderful Dr. Korth is no longer at this office and I'm not the only one who misses him.
