So I want to say I have been very happy with the service at Total Vision up till today. Got fitted for contacts and tried a couple different ones on the right eye which still isn't right. Stopped in talked to Tim and was told that he was out of town till the 24th but someone would call me. Just got a call today that said that's all they can do and if I want to pay for another contact fitting they can see what they can do.
