I have been a patient here for 25 years. The transition to MyEyeDr has decimated customer service and care. I have thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Heacock as my doctor during my time here but will be looking for a new provider. Since Dr. Heacock has no availability for the next six months, I wonder if he is nearing retirement. If so, I wish him well. Again, I have been very happy here until the transition. Now, I can walk into any chain and get the same impersonal and poor service--maybe better.

I can’t say enough about Dr Heacock and his staff. They are cordial and very professional. Dr Heacock has my eye doctor for many years. My only complaint and I think it is valid is the check out procedure. One should not have to wait to check out. Waiting over 30 minutes to see the doctor was too long but having to wait to leave is very inconvenient and inconsiderate.
Prompt and professional service! Staff was friendly and personable, great staff, and the doctor was excellent. Will recommend to friends and family.
