I was nervous sending him in alone bc of covid restrictions, but felt a lot better learning how everyone loved on him and that he got cheese to make it a positive experience. He has been excited to see his new human friends in the clinic every visit since!
RecommendedWe always have great experience and service. My only complaint is that they run late often. Even when I have the first appointment of the day, I see staff walking in at my appointment time. Hard to stay on track when you start the day 15-30 mins late. They are accommodating and wonderful with my fur babies. I work in people healthcare so understand when appointments run late, however would prefer they were ready to start appointments on time. RecommendedAlways a great experience! Haylee loves them! I don’t really care for the curbside service they’re doing but that’s not their fault that’s just how it is with covid and I do appreciate them trying to keep everyone safe it just kind of sucks.

RecommendedI cannot give enough thanks to the team at TVC. We had to make the decision no pet owner wants to make and put our dog down. They were amazing the day we had to do it. Then today we picked up his ashes and they wrote the most lovely card. The company they use for cremations did an amazing job as well. We will continue to take our other dogs to them and appreciate how amazing they were at this awful time.

RecommendedOur aged pet dog was treated with excellent care and all our questions were answered in a manner we could understand. We were always given all our options with estimates and never pressured to have work done. When it was time to let him go, they were sympathetic and handled everything in a very respectful manner
