RecommendedWe always have great experience and service. My only complaint is that they run late often. Even when I have the first appointment of the day, I see staff walking in at my appointment time. Hard to stay on track when you start the day 15-30 mins late. They are accommodating and wonderful with my fur babies. I work in people healthcare so understand when appointments run late, however would prefer they were ready to start appointments on time. Always a great experience! Haylee loves them! I don’t really care for the curbside service they’re doing but that’s not their fault that’s just how it is with covid and I do appreciate them trying to keep everyone safe it just kind of sucks.
I cannot give enough thanks to the team at TVC. We had to make the decision no pet owner wants to make and put our dog down. They were amazing the day we had to do it. Then today we picked up his ashes and they wrote the most lovely card. The company they use for cremations did an amazing job as well. We will continue to take our other dogs to them and appreciate how amazing they were at this awful time.
Our aged pet dog was treated with excellent care and all our questions were answered in a manner we could understand. We were always given all our options with estimates and never pressured to have work done. When it was time to let him go, they were sympathetic and handled everything in a very respectful manner
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my animals, Dr. Finley and Dr. Fomby have always been so helpful with everything from day to day questions to big medical concerns. I trust the expertise and experience of the entire staff at TVC-GC but I so appreciate the personal touch they put on my pets care plans. I have never left their office confused about my next steps as a pet parent or feeling like a bunch of unnecessary tests were performed. 15/10 recommend!
The Grove City staff took excellent care of my African Grey. She got her nails trimmed and a check up. I am so glad there is someone close by with avian experience and who enjoys my bird as much as I do. Definately recommend for exotics.
We can’t recommend TVC enough! The entire staff is amazing, we’re always welcomed every time we come in, & they know all of our dogs by name which most people can’t even remember. Thanks to TVC we have just welcomed 5 beautiful healthy puppies & felt completely prepared with their help/advice. They truly care about your animals. Great service & the BEST vet around.
Everyone there are so friendly. It amazes me that Shelly at the front desk remembers River’s name when we come. Dr. Findlay is so friendly and attentive to the animals as well as the parents. Thank yiu all!
