Went over in detail in person at the RV everything that had been done and showed us how to operate the new power awning. They did a wonderful job.
We recently stayed at Elkhart campground next to LazydaysRV. I needed a screen door striker that attaches to the outer door Matthias searched and found the exact part at Grand Design parts department, I had him order (2) of them, which he had them there at your parts counter the next am.
