Scott, our salesman took us to the exact travel trailer we were looking for. Tracy, our finance person worked the numbers for us and Richard went over all the particulars of the trailer. These 3 people were absolutely amazing; very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. As first time buyers we had a very positive experience.
Water heater went out on my camper. Tried to sell me a $50 heating element and told me the $15 version would not work because it was 120V and I needed a 110V. Come to find out the relay wasnt putting out power. Called twice on a Sunday to see if they had the part and couldnt return my call. I live a hour away and they're the only people around that could've got me the part today.
We purchased a travel trailer from camping world. Mike was awesome he didn’t pressure us at all. He showed us many trailers and never complained when I asked several time to see one trailer again. Austen was very efficient on signing all the paperwork. Matt did our walk through and wow he was so knowledgeable he is amazing. After we got home and was getting it ready to go camping we noticed the toilet was leaking. We were looking for a camping world store for supplies. The store located here is pitiful & shouldn't even be called a store, more like a closet with very little to offer.
