This location is a joke. They sweet talk you into buying from their CW Direct cause they can get you a better deal. All that we are close to the manufacturer and crap. But once they sell you the camper,they write you off and forget about you. We got our camper end of summer 2025 and a year late the BRAND NEW camper is falling apart. I called to set up a time to look at a unit. We r over 1 hr. drive. Alex said she would send me the address.She never did. Got back on line to get the address and look at the unit again on our drive. I couldn't find it. Called Alex back to find out there was a deal on that unit. What a terrible waste of our time. Very unprofessional. Not making that drive again. 😡😩🥺
Well I have to say honestly I surprise on the units they were not cleaned or really ready to show for me that says just a little bit disappointed especially when I emailed the day before and they knew I was coming down for an appointment other than that the gentleman that helped me Joshua or Josh was excellent.
My sales person was good but the pick up, financing and parts department are terrible. They don’t return calls or resolve issues. I ordered parts in April when I picked up my camper and checked in several times but it’s September and I still haven’t heard anything about my order. Terrible experience.
