After seeing 3 different urologists who just wrote my issues off as nothing and told me to “let it run its course” even though they didn’t know what it was I made the drive an hour and 40 min from upstate Poughkeepsie area and it was worth every second of the drive. I’ve never been to such an amazing Dr. I was given time to explain everything and wasn’t rushed along. The issue was diagnosed and now I’m working on getting it taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about this office from start to finish

When I first called, a language barrier led to a misunderstanding with the receptionist, so I was disappointed and left a 2 stars review. Shortly after, Sucre from your team follow-up with me, cleared up the misunderstanding, and helped me schedule an appointment. Today was my first visit in person, and I was really impressed by everyone’s friendliness and Dr. Elizabeth’s professionalism. It’s been a great turnaround, and I’d happily recommend your clinic

I had a terrible experience with Dr Kavaler. I saw her as a new patient for recurrent UTI's. A few week later, when I come down with a UTI and she was away on vacation, I was told by her front desk that she was "unreachable" and would not return my calls or speak to me until she was back from vacation the following week. I was told to "go to the ER" by her front desk for medical care for my UTI, despite me being an established patient of hers and also myself being an MD. She’s thorough and fabulous in every way. She is very helpful and never rushes you out. The office is neat, friendly, staff wonderful. It’s a great place. I wish all doctors and their offices were like her/s.
