This is in regard to the 1star rating.. Clear indication of what we all know as "Haterism". One out of many reviews for the fabricated tale of the new Princess that moved to Ashland to get her hair done! Well....... Let's first inquire about what employees??? The lady of this block is classy and professional at all costs!! So with that being said we are all of the flesh and who doesn't lose track of time every now again!!!! This is by far the best salon in Richmond. I have struggled to find someone that does my hair to my standards...this is the real deal! I have my 1st weave a week shoal and it was perfect! Most people cldnt tell the difference... Check it out....very professional!
just recently moved to Ashland and really wanted to find a salon close to home that does perfect hair! Unfortunatly that is not what I got, I made a appointment for my hair to be done early because i had a funeral to go to I thought if I was in the salon early enough I would be out in no time and still have time to do the daily duties before the funeral. I love total tress formation. I got my braids done and its awesome. The environment is wonderful and relaxing and the hair stylist definitely knows what she's doing. I will always come back for more.
Total TressFormation is awesome! The atmosphere is comfortable and conducive for a fabolous hair styling experience. A very professional and knowledgeable hair stylist/owner keeps you coming back for more!
A very professional and comfortable atmosphere:) i fell in love with the washing bowl no.more wet shirts and tired necks lol. Time spent in the shop was short. In and out is how i like it. I would refer a friend or two
