Great friendly customer service
Asked if I could get product exchange I bought from total tools but they said no need to go to the branch I bought. Even thought they have enough stock of them. I thought once I bought it from that store, I could exchange it at any branch.
You might want to remind your workers that when in company cars they are representing the business. This morning on Main st had one of your utes decide to speed up and not allow me to change lanes instead of simply letting me in. That was their choice. Even if he stayed at same speed wouldn't have been an issue. Then decides to later go past me while sticking the finger up. If this is a sign of the employees you have i definitely won't be a customer.
