We asked TT Osborne Park to price match a Fluke Multimeter 116 to the advertised price at Sydney Tools for $369 and they refused. The staff member refused because even though the exact item was stocked at TT it was $630 and they’d lose too much money and as it was out of stock at Sydney Tools, they didn’t have to price match. We checked the T&C’s and that is rubbish!! We went back to Sydney Tools and they said they’d order one in, so in the end we’re happy, even if we now have to wait a little while.
