Bloody good tool shop with lots of stock.
They promise and even laugh about how easily they can match competitor's prices. When I get to store I am told by the same person I spoke to on the phone .. they cannot possibly match the prices! More like Total Time Wasters
Warranty repairs and customer service are terrible. They are Happy to sell you a product but warranty is a next level joke. Over 16 weeks and waiting for laser to be repaired/replaced. Excuses feel scripted and rehearsed, which must be a Total tools policy, as I heard them all before when it took over 6 months to repair my chainsaw (Total Tools but different store)
A place where you find good deals frequently!
Do not buy any EcoFlow products from Total tool ! I’ve been waiting for my order for two and a half months now, and they still can’t give me any clear answer on how much longer it will take. I’ve contacted them multiple times and never got a satisfactory response. It’s really infuriating.
