Super easy place to shop. Total Tools had stock when no one else did, the website was very easy to navigate and my click and collect order was ready in an hour. The whole process was so quick - easiest shopping I have ever done.
Whilst they didn't have my vacuum filter in stock they offered one from their display model and put an order in to replace the display item on their own time. It shows great initiative and fantastic customer service that is rare to find in these days. Many thanks to the team at Total Tools Osborne Park.
