Bought my first purchase with Total Tools recently and spent over $1,500, faced some issues with the purchase. Came back instore and encountered Eli who was very helpful, friendly and proactive. After going back and forth with online support and sales instore call, Eli very quickly assessed the situation I was in and resolved the problem in less than a minute. I hope Eli gets the recognition he deserves in this company!
