Fantastic Service at Total Tools Alexandria! I recently visited the Alexandria branch to exchange a product I had purchased from another store, and even though it’s not their policy to accept returns from other locations, the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They processed my exchange quickly and without any hassle, which saved me a lot of time. I have to say the sales guy Josh was great and is a real asset to the company. He helped me select a package of garden gear and was very thorough in what I should be looking for in products. We narrowed it down to Ego and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'll be back to Total Tools in Alexandria for sure!

As soon as I walked through the door at Alexandria Total Tools, Josh was ready to help, guiding me straight to the tools I needed. He clearly explained everything I needed to know for the job and even noticed an error in my membership information, which he promptly fixed as well. Great environment, lots of space, always stocked and plenty of parking.
