Fantastic Service at Total Tools Alexandria! I recently visited the Alexandria branch to exchange a product I had purchased from another store, and even though it’s not their policy to accept returns from other locations, the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They processed my exchange quickly and without any hassle, which saved me a lot of time.
