Josh spent time carefully explaining the differences between Makita kits, explained battery compatibility and runtime, and helped me choose the right combo for my site work. He was patient, answered all my questions, and didn’t push me into anything. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back. Totally sorted!😉
