I took my vehicle in yesterday to have the old window tint removed and new tint installed. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience and had lack of communication When i dropped off my vehicle in the morning I advised that I would need to collect it after hours and was told I would receive a message with the lockbox PIN for my keys. Fortunately, the PIN had been written on my receipt when I paid as I never received the promised message.
