We are completely satisfied with Christopher Ramm; his company is now called Ramm Air & Gas in Woodland, WA. Our project, in Vancouver, was to remove a 45 gallon water tank and replace with a Navien Tankless water heater in preparation for a walk-in tub which will be at the farthest point from the heater, We now have unlimited hot water within just seconds. I called Chris after having a real bad experience with another HVAC company. He was able to diagnose the issue and order the parts the same day. He keep in contact with me, so I would know when the parts would arrive and when he could install them. He was able to fix the issues and even check back a few days later to make sure that everything was still working. Chris knows his field extremely well and is very fast.
