In regards to my last review of Total Tech. I must say Jose had called me back and offered to fix whatever is not working on my laptop also if there is anything else they would be able to assist with .. After receiving a call from Jose I have to say .Total Tech is responsive.. They were courteous as well as understanding to my concerns..they are professional about the way they handled any dissatisfaction ..they also offered to assist me with any other problems I may have with my laptop in the future ... Thank you Total Tech

I have been working at Total for several years and cannot say enough good things. Management has been great; sales and support staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I hope to continue my career here for years to come! Hands down the best IT Support company on Long Island!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Total Computer is the best. I recommend them without reservation. They are proactive, their support team is highly responsive, and they simply never allow themselves to drop the ball on a ticket. Follow-up is the order of the day with them. They've shepherded our mid-sized company flawlessly through two moves, designing our IT closet and co-ordinating with other vendors so we hit the ground running.
