I have been on multiple homes that have had pools so I have been a customer of Total Tech for many years. I now own my own house with a pool and they are my go to for all my services, supplies and equipment needs and have deals to utilize. The whole experience has been excellent and they have always gone above and beyond. It’s to the point that they have made a difference to my kids and I recommend this store to all my friends.

Despite my having been a customer for many years, Total Tech Pools (TTP) failed to provide a promised refund for an item I had enquired about but not received. The facts are simple: In early June 2025, I enquired about the cost of a replacement pool filter.
