I booked a safety cover opening. Easy to book with the professional and accommodating office staff. The very nice young men arrived on time to open. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. However, per the website, the safety cover opening is supposed to include "hose off/remove/clean cover" but they rolled it up and put it in the bag without any hosing off or cleaning. Total Tech has always provided prompt and excellent service to us, and Dave Warren (the owner) is the most knowledgeable pool expert I have ever met. I would highly recommend them. UPDATE: In November 2025 Dave and his team are still fantastic!

We always have the best experience with everyone at Total Tech. Every time in the store everyone is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When we have our pool opened or closed every person who has attended is so efficient, kind, respectful and does an amazing job - this year was no excpetion. Thank you, as always.
