Very good customer service, came in to do my taxes and was treated amazingly. Spoke spanish with my mom and did her taxes as well. Will definitely coming back thank you Yolanda!
DO NOT RECOMMEND, GO TO AAA OR DMV for title transfer. The smog check technician recommended that I transfer my truck's title here at Total Tax Plus, but they mishandled the process and never confirmed the details with me. Now, I've received my title from the DMV marked as "Branded Title," which has caused my truck's CarFax value to drop by USD $8k. Lovely....
