Go to an agency that actually cares about you. This place just wants you to work so they can take money out of your check without actually wanting to put in the effort. They're difficult to get in contact with and take a long time to respond. I got let go from a warehouse job for "not wearing the proper uniform" even though they don't provide uniforms to temps and instead of doing something this agency just kept offering me other jobs that I couldn't work at
